Just a quick post. I wanted to share with you a marketing insight from Gary Vaynerchuk about how people will reward you for caring about them. I have been telling small business owners for years that they need to be an expert in their industry. Not the kind that knows the technical stuff inside and out and speaks only at industry trade shows. I’m talking about being an expert at communicating to the needs, wants and desires of your market.

If you provide your customers and prospects with the ammunition to make informed decisions that improves their lives they will thank you in the form of buying what you have to sell.
