About these terms

These terms apply to the Local Marketing Mastery workshop on 7 November 2026 and any related services, operated by [Legal business name] (ABN [ABN]) ("we", "us", "our"). By applying for or confirming a place, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Applications and places

• Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
• The workshop is designed for established businesses generating $20,000+ per month. We review every application and may decline any application at our discretion.
• Places are limited. Your place is confirmed only once we've accepted your application and received your payment (or first instalment).

The workshop

• In person: a full-day event in Sydney CBD with refreshments provided. The exact venue and start time are sent when your place is confirmed.
• Online: you join the workshop online. Joining details are sent before the event. You're responsible for a suitable device and internet connection.
• We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, content, presenters or venue (within Sydney CBD) where needed.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

2-payment plan

The first payment is due when you confirm your place. The second payment is charged in the month of, or the month after, the workshop using the payment method you provided when booking, which you authorise us to charge. If a payment fails, we'll contact you; if it remains unpaid, we may pause your implementation support and website handover until it's paid.

Cancellations and refunds

More than 48 hours before the workshop: if you cancel by written notice (email [Contact email, e.g. [email protected]]) more than 48 hours before the scheduled start, we'll refund the amount you've paid, less a non-refundable website and administration fee of $2,000 (incl. GST). If you're on the 2-payment plan, any unpaid instalment is cancelled.

Within 48 hours, or if you don't attend: change-of-mind refunds aren't available. Instead, you may:

• switch to the online workshop, with no refund of any price difference; or
• carry your place over to the next Local Marketing Mastery workshop.

If we cancel or reschedule the workshop, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to the new date.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a remedy if a service has a major failure.

Your free website

Eligible participants receive a high-converting smart website at no additional cost as part of the workshop offer. Before the build begins, we'll confirm in writing your eligibility, what the website includes, what you need to provide, and any ongoing costs (such as domain name, hosting or software subscriptions).

You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, images and information you supply for your website, and for having the right to use them.

Six months of implementation support

Six months of implementation support is guaranteed with your place and begins after the workshop. We'll explain how support is delivered when your place is confirmed. Support is for your own business and is subject to your payments being up to date.

No guaranteed results

The workshop is education and implementation guidance. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, location, offer, budget, competition and how you implement what you learn. We don't guarantee any particular ranking, number of leads, revenue or advertising result. Campaign results shown on our website are previous agency results, not results achieved by workshop participants.

Advertising budgets, platform fees and third-party subscriptions (for example Google Ads, Meta Ads or AI tools) are your responsibility and aren't included in the workshop price.

Workshop materials

Workshop materials, templates and recordings remain our intellectual property (or that of our presenters). You may use them for your own business, but you may not copy, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.

Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour at the workshop and in support channels. We may remove a participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or unlawful; in that case, change-of-mind refund terms apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to the workshop or related services is limited to supplying the services again or refunding the amount you paid for them. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or revenue.

General
